Our mission is long term and that is why we focus on possibilities that consider exchange reciprocity. We understand the means as being more important than the ends. We are building a new conscience, and this demands time.
Evolution
(Learn by doing vs. Planning)
We value learning and constant enhancement. This means testing and then evaluating the results, reflecting, and improving each try incrementally. We prototype our ideas in the world and learn by making mistakes. We plan less and do more.
Innovation
(Courage vs. Fear)
We create new solutions to complex challenges. We are close to the vanguards of knowledge to apply what is most current and feel the emerging future more than we adapt to old operating standards.
Impact
(Transformation vs. Help)
Our actions are made to generate improvement in the borders of the systems. These improvements are under constant quali and quanti evaluation and in order to be effective, they focus on the causes and not the symptoms of the problems. We listen to the true needs instead of imposing what we believe them to be.
Inclusion
We want diverse people participating in all areas and we are open to co-creating with representatives of different world views. We are not dogmatic or fundamentalists. We believe in multiple truths and value cultural, social, and ideological plurality.

Rafael Maretti é fundador e diretor presidente da Base Colaborativa, facilitador de Teoria U (que aprendeu com o Otto Scharmer, em Boston), Felizofia (Psicologia Positiva) e do Panapanã (viagem de imersão de autoconhecimento).
É também Jovem Talento da Arymax, participante do Catalyst 2030, Global Shaper do Fórum Econômico Mundial e Co-criador da Virada Política e do Movimento por uma Cultura de Doação.
Fez Direito na faculdade Getúlio Vargas e trabalhou como advogado consultivo na área de Project Finance. Em 2011, fundou a Base Colaborativa e, em 2013, largou tudo para se dedicar integralmente à organização.

Diretora executiva do Base2be, frente da Base Colaborativa dedicada a cursos, experiências e programas corporativos de liderança e transformação organizacional.
Com mais de 14 anos de experiência, passou pela indústria no grupo Saint-Gobain e, nos últimos anos, migrou para a consultoria, liderando projetos de transformação digital, cultural e de visão de futuro, incluindo iniciativas com inteligência artificial e desenvolvimento de lideranças na Vale. Entrou para a Base Colaborativa em 2026, para fortalecer a expansão do Base2be ao lado de Rafael Maretti.
