Since the first time that Otto Scharmer (MIT) launched U.lab, in 2015 (a course that has had more than 175 thousand people signed up in 184 countries), Base has been a Hub, teaching the methodology and taking it to companies as well as applying it to its own daily routine.
This leadership formation uses innovation tools (listening levels, presence, meditation, body, prototyping and other methods) to suspend obsolete paradigms and help in the creation of systemic solutions.
A true compilation of what is most modern in the area of personal and organizational development, Theory U has already become a mandatory entry to identify world changers, culture creatives, and those on call that want to stop drying the ice and instead dive in the causes of our challenges and the potential sources of transformation.
