Since the first time that Otto Scharmer (MIT) launched U.lab, in 2015 (a course that has had more than 175 thousand people signed up in 184 countries), Base has been a Hub, teaching the methodology and taking it to companies as well as applying it to its own daily routine.
This leadership formation uses innovation tools (listening levels, presence, meditation, body, prototyping and other methods) to suspend obsolete paradigms and help in the creation of systemic solutions.
The journey is experimental and brings a deep analysis of the current main challenges and a methodology that can be applied in any context to help in the co-creation of projects, in the transformation of organizations and the evolution of the I.
