Rizoma is a project for children and adolescents that focuses on the development of socio-emotional skills (empathy, autonomy, resolution of problems, creativity, and resilience) that are essential for our interpersonal relationships. It is possible to learn these skills, practice them, and teach them.

Our project is applied at the Olga Benário community in Capão Redondo, carrying out practical activities. We sum up different knowledge from our team, utilize an education based on the elaboration and development of real projects, and are guided by references in the field.

School reinforcement:

- 2 hired teachers and 2 young apprentices from the community

- 20 children

- The objective is to develop reading and writing skills in a ludic and significant way
