A lawyer from PUC/SP, worked at the financial market for 6 years, where she was a senior lawyer, responsible for the Ombudsman of the Central Bank.
In 2017 transformed her career to work in the third sector, and today is the Director responsible for the business consulting and territorial expansion of Base Colaborativa.
A facilitator in all the entrepreneurial courses and workshops of Non-Violent Communication and Theory U. Speaker of TEDxPinheiros about the future of work. Member of the Work Groups of Human Rights and of the ODS of Global Pact at ONU. Vice-president of the City Angels Association, where she acts with the development of the homeless population in São Paulo.

Studied law at GV and worked as a consulting lawyer in the area of Project Finance.
In 2009 founded Base Colaborativa and in 2013 left everything behind to focus on it full-time.
Today he is the director president, as well as a facilitator of Theory U - which he learned from Otto Scharmer in Boston- Felizofia (Positive Psychology)
and of Panapanã (a trip of immersion and self-awareness).
He is also a Young Talent from Arymax, Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum and Co-creator of the Political Switch, and the Culture of Donation Movement.
